Unscrew the adjusting screw sleeve installed on the upper frame (pay attention to counterclockwise rotation), remove the upper chamber hopper assembly, lift the adjusting screw sleeve with hoisting equipment, remove the adjusting screw sleeve support plate bolt, then remove the rolling mortar wall for replacement, clean the outer surface during assembly, apply grease on the thread surface of the adjusting screw sleeve, and install and fix it in reverse order.
The rolling wall has a U-shaped screw on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When the rolling wall is newly installed or replaced, after 6-8 hours of work, the tightening condition should be checked and the U-shaped screw should be tightened again.
Replacement of Broken Wall
The broken wall can be replaced on site. Hoist the main shaft components and place them on a solid support platform. Pay attention not to damage the moving cone and spherical surface. At the same time, block all oil holes with cloth to prevent dust and impurities from entering. Remove the distribution plate, locking nut, locking washer and fusible gasket in turn. Solder two lifting lugs at a distance of 180 degrees on the old plate to lift the broken wall, when installing the new wall, two lifting lugs can also be welded at a distance of 180 °, and then installed in the reverse order of removal. When the final installation is completed, the two lifting lugs are cut off.
The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with the cone head, and zinc alloy is cast between the two. After the newly installed or newly replaced cone crushing wall works for 6-8 hours, the fastening condition should be checked, and the looseness should be immediately tightened.
Crushing wall and rolling mortar wall are important components in cone crusher. During the operation of cone crusher, attention should be paid to the materials put into the equipment must meet the crushing requirements.
